PuttrLab ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the PuttrLab iOS application ("App") and our website at puttrlab.com ("Website").

Information We Collect

Through the App

• Camera access: The App requires access to your iPhone's rear camera to track the putter marker during putting sessions. Video from the camera is processed in real-time on your device and is not recorded, stored, or transmitted.
• Putting session data: Stroke metrics (face angle, tempo, arc ratio, acceleration) are calculated and stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers.
• Device information: We may collect basic device information (device model, iOS version) for crash reporting and app compatibility purposes.

Through the Website

• Contact form submissions: If you contact us through the support form, we collect your name, email address, and message content to respond to your inquiry.
• Purchase information: When you purchase products through our shop, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data. We receive your name, email, and shipping address to fulfill your order.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the PuttrLab App and its features
• To respond to customer support inquiries
• To fulfill and ship product orders
• To diagnose technical issues and improve app stability

Data Storage and Security

All putting session data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate cloud servers that store your putting data. Contact form submissions and order information are stored securely and accessed only for their stated purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to process payments (Stripe) or as required by law.

Children's Privacy

PuttrLab is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at puttrlab@gmail.com. Since putting session data is stored only on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting the app or clearing app data.
