By downloading, installing, or using the PuttrLab iOS application ("App"), purchasing products from our website ("Website"), or otherwise accessing PuttrLab services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our products or services.
PuttrLab provides a mobile application that uses your iPhone's camera to track a visual marker attached to a putter head, calculating putting stroke metrics including face angle, tempo, arc ratio, and acceleration. PuttrLab also sells physical tracking markers and accessories through its website.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the PuttrLab App on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. This license does not allow you to:
The PuttrLab App is available for purchase through the Apple App Store. All app purchases, billing, and refunds are governed by Apple's App Store policies.
Physical products (tracking markers, accessories) are sold through our website. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which will be added at checkout where required by law.
Physical products ship via USPS First Class Mail within 1–2 business days of order placement. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days for US addresses. We currently ship within the United States only. PuttrLab is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us at puttrlab@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at our discretion. Due to the nature of adhesive tracking markers, we cannot accept returns on opened or used marker packs unless they are defective.
App purchase refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. Please contact Apple Support for app refund requests.
PuttrLab provides putting stroke metrics for practice and training purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, metric calculations depend on proper setup, including marker placement, tripod positioning, lighting conditions, and camera quality. PuttrLab does not guarantee the accuracy of any specific measurement and should not be relied upon as a professional coaching tool or for competitive purposes. Results may vary based on setup conditions.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with PuttrLab are owned by PuttrLab. You may not use our branding, logos, or content without prior written permission. The PuttrLab App includes open-source software components; see our Licenses page for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PuttrLab and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, Website, or any products purchased. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to PuttrLab in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Golf is a physical activity. You assume all risks associated with practicing putting while using PuttrLab, including but not limited to the risk of physical injury. PuttrLab is not responsible for any injury or property damage that occurs during use of the App or our products.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of PuttrLab products and services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
